Chilli beans

This Mexican inspired meal tickles the taste buds by combining a trio of black beans, kidney beans and black eyed beans with a smokey tomato sauce flavoured with freshly ground spices. The addition of brown rice and the vibrant green and orange from spinach and carrot make this complete meal perfect for your next adventure.

Our wee tip: If you like it as hot as we do add a bit more chilli, or throw in some tortillas for a mountain burrito!
