Our vegetarian take on this obvious classic contains TVP (textured vegetable protien) as our “mince”, high in protein and satisfies the biggest of hungers. Combined with a rich tomato sauce and packed with broccoli, carrot and shitake mushrooms, make this our personal favourite.

Our wee tip: For a true Italian meal bring along some parmesan cheese to sprinkle on top!
