Thai Green Curry
Classic Thai flavours of lemongrass, Thai lime leaves and galangal are blended with shallots, garlic, coriander and coconut cream to make the base of our fragrant and zesty Thai Green Curry. Young green jackfruit is shredded to add protein and texture and is combined with water chestnuts for a fresh crunch. It’s packed full with veggies–cauliflower, potato, green beans, and capsicum and completed with rice noodles to create a hearty bowl of goodness and one delicious mountain curry.
